Beach Mac is an independent Macintosh and Apple products consulting and technical support business based in Virginia Beach, serving the Hampton Roads, Virginia area. Our goal is to provide thorough, quality, friendly service for Mac users and Mac-based businesses throughout southeastern Virginia.

At Beach Mac, we understand it’s not always convenient to go to the Apple store to diagnose or troubleshoot your products. We also understand that many problems involve other manufacturers’ products and issues (software, peripherals, networking, etc.), and that not every problem can be fixed in 15-20 minutes. That’s why we’re here — to complement Apple’s service offerings. The Apple® store at MacArthur Center is still the best place in Hampton Roads to try out new Macs, iPods, iPhones, and other great Apple products. It’s also the best place to get complimentary support for your products. But as a small store, it can have its limitations: It can be difficult to get a convenient appointment with a technician. They don’t support most third-party software and peripherals. Their appointment times are limited to 15-20 minutes. And they don’t come to you.
